The construction process of aluminum-magnesium-manganese roofing system should be arranged in an independent construction section to be completed continuously. In the construction of roofing works, if there is a high roof in the adjacent area, the construction shall be started after the wet operation of the adjacent project is completed to protect the roofing project from damage or not to be used as the support surface of the scaffold. The aluminum-magnesium-manganese roofing system shall be started after all the processes of its supporting members are completed.
Construction process: roof pay-off positioning → purlin support plate installation → purlin installation → aluminum alloy T-shaped fixing seat installation → lightning protection installation → 200mm thick glass wool insulation layer installation → aluminum magnesium manganese alloy roof panel → flooding and roof panel edge closing construction → gutter eaves → roof skylight and other treatments → handover and acceptance.
Installation Precautions
Purlin pallet installation:
The purlin pallet is the basis of the connection between the net ball node and the roof system, and is the main component to adjust the installation error of the net frame. The height of the purlin pallet shall be determined according to the measurement data obtained during the on-site setting-out and positioning of the roof. In order to ensure that the roof purlin has enough adjustment space. The purlin support plate and the ball joint bracket are connected by welding. The welding points shall be polished during welding, and the protective coating of the grid frame shall not be damaged during welding.
Installation of purlins (c-shaped steel, z-shaped steel):
Purlins (c-shaped steel, z-shaped steel) shall be arranged in place horizontally or vertically according to the roof. Purlins and purlins shall be connected by welding. Before welding, check whether the top surface of the purlin being installed is flush with the top surface of the adjacent purlin installed. If not, adjust it. The height difference between the top surfaces of adjacent purlins (c-shaped steel, z-shaped steel) shall be within 3~5mm. The section and placement direction of purlins (c-shaped steel and z-shaped steel) at the gutter should be distinguished to prevent installation errors. After purlin correction is installed for each node, tie rods and purlin supports are installed in time to form a stable purlin structure system.
